Our courtyard features a grilling area that is perfect for summer BBQs. No matter what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here at Cierra Crest. Some of the maintenance that has been done, has been done poorly. Some of the regular upkeep such as replace of filters have not been completed on the regular schedule promised. The amenities such as heated spa are not consistently working or at temp and heated pools is an overstatement. The location and overall state of the actual apartment are great.

We have also experienced horribly RUDE comments from the staff who spend most of the day gossiping and talking about residents thinking no one can hear them. I have overheard some extremely alarming conversations when no one thought I was there, like putting WRONG NUMBERS on packages so residents can’t find them. I have also had our packages being found “mysteriously” behind desks of the staff. Needless to say we made a HUGE MISTAKE in choosing to live here and will promptly move out as soon as our lease is up. Also, it is a really nice neighborhood that feels very safe.

I love that the area is so animal-friendly as it is fun to see all the people with dogs. I also like that there are grills, a hot tub, and pools. They've recently updated their parking policy twice, have poorly communicated its implementation for both new policies, and as a result i have had both of my vehicles towed. Not just me, but the spot i was in had 3 cars towed in TWELVE HOURS. I also know several of my neighbors who have had theirs or their guests cars towed.
Even so, cars in the complex are THEFT targets with giant signs on the street outside the complex warning residents of all the STOLEN property being taken from breaking into cars. Every time you walk into your apartment complex there is dog POOP EVERYWHERE in the doorways so that every single one of your shoes will smell like the German Shepard next door. They also try and ENTER your apartment without permission with 3 minutes notice and then CHARGE YOU a fee for not allowing letting them in when no one is there. Beware poorly “renovated” units, ours had NO WINDOW SEALING leading to HIgH ELECTRIC bills. When our “fireplace” went out I called maintenance who told me the fireplaces are only for looks and produce NO heat whatsoever.
