Truly the worst experience i've ever had with an apartment complex. I have recommended two friends to tour the apartment complex and they decided to move in. The size apartment for the money is good but I made sure to tell them all the issues there have been so they were warned. Cierra Crest has 3 shopping centers within 1.6 miles, which is about a 4-minute drive. The Denver Tech Center, surrounded by Greenwood Village, welcomes 40,000 workers on daily basis from the Denver metropolitan area. This bustling, southwestern portion of the city of Denver hosts corporate headquarters for companies such as Kraft, Nestle, Nissan, and more.

Some community features such as dog waste receptacles are sometimes neglected. I would recommend this apartment complex because the office staff is very friendly and took care of all my questions right away, even after the tour, We received help at home going through the application process. I think the location is great but I am less likely to recommend the community as I was a year ago. It's a very nice, quiet community with plenty of amenities close to the lightrail station and food.

It offers a homely feeling while still being close to entertainment. As a whole, I think the community is a good place to live. The apartment was very clean before I moved in. I also feel much safer here compared to where I was living before. Cierra Crest has 3 military bases within 64.5 miles, the nearest is Buckley Air Force Base which is 14.8 miles away and a 37 minutes . Cierra Crest has 5 parks within 7.7 miles, including Cherry Creek State Park, Chamberlin & Mt. Evans Observatories, and DeKoevend Park.
Comments about friendliness from office staff are not a big deal at all, it's more of a "wish list" comment/suggestion. Cierra Crest and how it is being maintained as a 'property' has changed and not for the better. Criminal issues, trash receptacles as well as trash issues from residents; harassment of residents by others or visitors. These issues have escalated and would prevent me from recommending. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
